Will the tender evaluate installed performance at the buyer's actual operating point?

Whether a tender tests at the buyer’s own operating point is the buyer’s decision.

How a tender is written, weighted, scored, documented and awarded is decided by the buyer under the rules that bind it, and the company does not advise on it. The Terms of Use state that Site Content is general information and not medical, clinical, engineering, manufacturing, safety, or other professional advice, and: “Do not use Site Content to select, design, manufacture, validate, or make claims for a finished product.”

What the company can put into a buyer’s record is its own material. The Validation page names what was tested, the conditions and the institutions, and it gives report and certificate numbers for the air-filtration, certification and safety records. The label carries the product name, the panel filter description, the net contents, the nominal size, the net weight, the rated airflow, the maximum face velocity, and the producer’s name and address. A finished product is bought from a manufacturing partner or from a separate online store, and the terms of that purchase are that seller's. The Terms of Use name two such stores, shop.cpolartechnologies.com and shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com; those two stores are C-POLAR's own. The manufacturing and distribution partners the company names on its About and Air pages are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters, and the two products it names are INHALO™ and ReinFire™. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
