Does the contract permit independent inspection of delivered stock?

What a contract permits is set by that contract, and the charge can be measured again on any filter, upon request.

The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest. It is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. A reported result applies to the sample that was tested, under the conditions and the standard named in the report that recorded it. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
