C-POLAR markets a materials technology. Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The manufacturing and distribution partners the company names on its About and Air pages are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters, and the two products it names are INHALO™ and ReinFire™. The Terms of Use also name two online stores, shop.cpolartechnologies.com and shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com; those two stores are C-POLAR's own, and a price shown there and every purchase from them are governed only by the terms presented there. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller. The Terms of Use state: “Accessing the Site or contacting C-POLAR through the Site does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, distribution right, supply commitment, license, exclusive right, or other business relationship.” The Terms of Use state that where they conflict with a Separate Agreement, that document controls. Continuity of supply is a matter for the agreement between the parties to it, and C-POLAR publishes no continuity plan.
