Do you provide a submittal package or spec sheet I can put into a bid or project specification?
The company publishes no submittal package or spec sheet on this site, and its Terms of Use state that Site Content is not a product specification.
The Terms of Use state: “Site Content is not a product specification, design file, manufacturing instruction, validation report, certificate, patent license, technology license, or permission to make a product claim.” They also state: “The manufacturer and seller of a finished product are responsible for its design, manufacture, labeling, instructions, claims, sale, and warranty, except for a responsibility C-POLAR expressly accepts in a Separate Agreement.” What the site publishes for the air filter is the list of test records on the Validation page, including LMS Technologies, Report 9904; LMS Technologies, Report 6847; Eurovent Certita Certification, Certificate No. 15.06.011; the Intertek Building & Construction fire reports; and the RST Rail System Testing reports. The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter label gives the directions for use, operating conditions, storage and disposal. A request for project documents can be sent to [email protected].
