What happens to my deposit if the seller becomes insolvent before delivery?

What happens to money paid to a seller that fails is decided by the terms of that sale and by the insolvency law that applies to that seller.

The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product.
