Can my organisation pay by purchase order instead of a credit card?

The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product. Whether a purchase order is accepted, and on what credit terms, is set by the seller. The company publishes no financial statement, no banking arrangement and no security document. A price and the terms attached to it come from the manufacturing partner or the seller that makes the offer, and a purchase from a separate online store is governed only by the terms presented there. The manufacturing and distribution partners the company names on its About and Air pages are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters, and the two products it names are INHALO™ and ReinFire™. The Terms of Use also name two online stores, shop.cpolartechnologies.com and shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com; those two stores are C-POLAR's own, and a price shown there and every purchase from them are governed only by the terms presented there. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
