How quickly must I report a short shipment?

How quickly a shortage must be reported is a term of that sale, and it is stated by the seller in the terms it presents.

The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product.
