Can the supplier substitute a different model without my approval?

The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product.

Whether a seller may supply a different item, and on what notice, is a term of that sale. The manufacturer and seller of a finished product are responsible for its design, manufacture, labeling, instructions, claims, sale, and warranty, except for a responsibility C-POLAR expressly accepts in a Separate Agreement. What identifies a filter is printed on the filter: the product name, the panel filter description, the net contents, the nominal size, the net weight, the rated airflow, the maximum face velocity, and the producer's name and address.

The terms that govern an order are the terms the seller presented, and a question about them goes to that seller. The manufacturing and distribution partners the company names on its About and Air pages are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters, and the two products it names are INHALO™ and ReinFire™. The Terms of Use also name two online stores, shop.cpolartechnologies.com and shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com; those two stores are C-POLAR's own, and a price shown there and every purchase from them are governed only by the terms presented there. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
