Can a purchase be made through an existing procurement framework or buying group?
A purchase is made with a manufacturing partner or with a separate online store, and the Terms of Use state that a link between the Site and a separate store does not bring the store under them, and that the store and every purchase from it are governed only by the terms presented there.
The Terms of Use also state that the Site does not include shop.cpolartechnologies.com, shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com, another online store that displays separate terms, or a C-POLAR page hosted on a third-party platform; those two stores are C-POLAR's own, and they carry their own terms. Whether a seller will trade through a framework or a buying group is that seller's decision, made on its own terms. The manufacturing and distribution partners the company names on its About and Air pages are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters, and the two products it names are INHALO™ and ReinFire™. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
