Are measurements mapped across a roll rather than taken only at its centre?

The company publishes no sampling plan for a roll.

The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest, and it is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. The company publishes no measurement procedure, no instrument record and no uncertainty budget. A sampling plan across a roll is part of a procedure the company does not publish, and the company publishes no roll specification; terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to a supply agreement.
