Are both sides of a treated sheet measured?

The company publishes no measurement procedure, including which faces of a sheet are measured.

The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest, and it is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. The company publishes no measurement procedure, no instrument record and no uncertainty budget. Which faces are measured, and how many points are taken, are part of a procedure the company does not publish.
