Can a customer request tamper-evident packaging for a high-scrutiny shipment?

How goods are packed, palletised and documented is set by the party that ships them, and the company publishes no packaging specification and no shipping specification.

The Terms of Use state that the Site does not sell products or accept orders, and that a prospective partner may rely only on a commitment stated in a Separate Agreement, which is a written agreement signed by an authorized C-POLAR officer. A packing requirement of that kind is agreed in writing with the party that supplies the goods.
