Are shipping documents available before arrival so receiving staff can plan inspection?

How goods are packed, palletised and documented is set by the party that ships them, and the company publishes no packaging specification and no shipping specification.

The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product. Advance shipping notices, packing lists and customs paperwork come from the party that sells and ships the goods, and when they are sent is set in the agreement with that party.
