Can a customer obtain the final investigation report even if no defect is confirmed?
A customer can ask for the record behind any answer the company gives, and the request is reviewed.
The company holds its statements for the air filter and the reports and certificates named on the Validation page. The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request.
