The Terms of Use cover only the public technology-marketing pages that display or link to them.

They state that the Site does not include shop.cpolartechnologies.com, shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com, another online store that displays separate terms, or a C-POLAR page hosted on a third-party platform; those two stores are C-POLAR's own, and they carry their own terms. Separately, they state that C-POLAR does not control and is not responsible for an external website, its content, its availability, its security, or its practices.

The party named in the Terms of Use is C-POLAR Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation, whose notice address is c/o C-POLAR Innovations, Inc., 889 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3S1, Canada. A page that is not at cpolar.tech is checked with the company.
