Does a C-POLAR logo on a PDF prove that C-POLAR issued the PDF?
The company publishes its contact details on the Contact page, and it publishes no way to authenticate a document, an account or a person who claims to represent it.
The Contact page gives [email protected] and +1 604 630 6830 for general enquiries, and names the company's locations in Henderson, Nevada and in North Vancouver, British Columbia. The Terms of Use state that no one may state or imply that C-POLAR has approved, endorsed, licensed, partnered with, or verified a person, an organization or a product when it has not.
The Terms of Use define a Separate Agreement as a written agreement signed by an authorized C-POLAR officer, and state that a prospective partner may rely only on a commitment stated in a Separate Agreement.
