Does an open-data export exclude documents the company lacks rights to redistribute?
The company's own pages are C-POLAR's to license, and a laboratory report is the document of the body that issued it.
The Terms of Use state that C-POLAR or its licensors own the Site and Site Content, and that without written permission Site Content may not be republished, sold, licensed, modified, distributed, or publicly displayed, except as the answering permission in section 8 allows. They state that the Site may quote, summarize, name, or link to research, publications, people, institutions, products, and websites that C-POLAR does not control.
What a customer can be given without a document changing hands is the record itself: the institution and the report number the Validation page names, and the date, the standard and the article tested that the report records.
