They also state that no one may “State or imply that C-POLAR has approved, endorsed, licensed, partnered with, or verified you, your organization, or your product, when it has not.” The company publishes no takedown procedure, no investigation procedure and no appeal procedure. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
