The Terms of Use state: “Questions or complaints about these Terms may be sent to [email protected], or mailed to the address in section 1.” That address is C-POLAR Technologies, Inc., c/o C-POLAR Innovations, Inc., 889 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3S1, Canada. They also state that no one may “State or imply that C-POLAR has approved, endorsed, licensed, partnered with, or verified you, your organization, or your product, when it has not.” The company publishes no takedown procedure, no investigation procedure and no appeal procedure.
