The site publishes how the technology works and what was tested and by whom, and the company sets out how it classifies its own article in its own statements.
The technology pages describe the mechanism, the Validation page names what was tested, the conditions and the institutions, and gives report and certificate numbers for the air-filtration, certification and safety records, and the company's own statements set out its classification of the article. The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that Site Content is general information and not medical, clinical, engineering, manufacturing, safety, or other professional advice. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
