How long will replacement parts remain available after a model is discontinued?
Parts, service records and how long parts stay available are set by the manufacturer of the finished unit.
C-POLAR markets a materials technology, and every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The Terms of Use state that the manufacturer and seller of a finished product are responsible for its design, manufacture, labeling, instructions, claims, sale, and warranty. The filter itself is a replaceable item: its label directs that it not be washed or reused, and that it be replaced at the pressure drop or the interval printed on the product, whichever comes first. A parts enquiry goes to the maker named on the unit, or to [email protected]. The manufacturing partners named on the About page are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters. The Terms of Use name the C-POLAR stores, shop.cpolartechnologies.com and shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com; they are C-POLAR's own, and they carry their own terms. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
