## NanoFlashing™ Water

Water treatment facilities add chlorine to kill pathogens, but there is a limit on how much of it you can safely drink.

In an EPA study, researchers soaked the slime that grows inside building pipes in chlorine 12 times stronger than that limit. After an hour, the bacteria that cause Legionnaires' disease were [still alive and still growing](https://www.epa.gov/ground-water-and-drinking-water/technologies-legionella-control-premise-plumbing-systems). A 12-hour soak did clear the pipes, but the bacteria were back within a month.

Ultraviolet light needs a lamp. Ozone needs a generator. Both run on electricity, and neither protects the water once it leaves the plant.
