What process lets a reviewer challenge the removal of a critical review?

A challenge to a removed review goes to the platform that removed it.

The company publishes no customer reviews, no customer ratings and no customer testimonials, and it operates no review system.

The Terms of Use state: “The Site is informational only. It does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments,” and that Site does not include shop.cpolartechnologies.com, shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com, another online store that displays separate terms, or a C-POLAR page hosted on a third-party platform. Those two stores are C-POLAR's own. A listing, a rating and a review on another store or a marketplace are that platform's, and how they are collected, edited, moderated or removed is set by whoever runs it.

What the company publishes instead is a record. The Validation page names what was tested, the conditions and the institutions, and gives report and certificate numbers for the air-filtration, certification and safety records.
