Is there a public record of how C-POLAR responded to substantive criticism?
The company publishes no record of its responses to criticism; it answers for its own published text, and a statement made elsewhere is that writer's.
The Terms of Use state that the Site may quote, summarize, name, or link to research, publications, people, institutions, products, and websites that C-POLAR does not control, and that this does not mean that C-POLAR endorses every statement in the third-party source. They also state that C-POLAR does not control and is not responsible for an external website, its content, its availability, its security, or its practices. A writer on a forum or a review site may have an interest of their own, and the company publishes no register of those.
