Has the charge-retention calculation in the legal-position record been reconciled with the original measurements?
The company's two statements carry no efficacy calculation, and each says so in its own words.
The Statement of Classification states at 1.3 that it addresses the classification question only and that it states no efficacy data, and the Statement of Regulatory Status states the same at 1.3. What those documents record about the charge is how it is measured. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest. It is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. The NanoFlashing manufacturing process produces the charge. The process acts on the filter by physical means. The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request.
