Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, and that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments. The company publishes no community-benefit claim.

What a programme funds, who receives equipment, and what is asked of a recipient are terms of the agreement that sets that programme up. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
