Does a product's service network exclude rural or remote customers?

C-POLAR markets a materials technology, and every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The Terms of Use state that the manufacturer and seller of a finished product are responsible for its design, manufacture, labeling, instructions, claims, sale, and warranty. The filter itself is a replaceable item: its label directs that it not be washed or reused, and that it be replaced at the pressure drop or the interval printed on the product, whichever comes first. The company publishes no service network, no coverage map and no training programme.
