Does a design sample have a documented expiry date for use in qualification?

Terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to a supply agreement, and the company publishes no roll specification.

The company publishes no expiry date for a sample and no shelf life for any material. The conditions the material was tested under are named on the Validation page, and they include after 2 years of storage and after 60C for 64 days; a condition named in a test is not a shelf life. The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter label directs: “Store flat or on edge in the original packaging, indoors and dry, away from direct sunlight and moisture.”
