Can an OEM obtain a controlled drawing for the supplied material or component?

Terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to a supply agreement, and the company publishes no roll specification.

The Terms of Use state: “Site Content is not a product specification, design file, manufacturing instruction, validation report, certificate, patent license, technology license, or permission to make a product claim.” A controlled drawing is a document issued under an agreement, and the company publishes none. Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format.
