What should I do if the replacement filter arrives slightly bent?

The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter label directs that a filter whose media is torn, crushed, wet or visibly damaged not be installed, that the filter and its frame not be cut, folded, trimmed, bent, punctured or altered, and that the system not be run with no filter in the track.

A bent filter is not straightened and fitted. The label instructs: “Do not cut, fold, trim, bend, puncture or alter the filter or its frame.” and “Do not install a filter whose media is torn, crushed, wet or visibly damaged.” For storage it instructs: “Store flat or on edge in the original packaging, indoors and dry, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not stack loads on the media.”

Replacement or credit for goods that arrive damaged is a matter for the party that sold and shipped them. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
