Can the frame be reused after the media is replaced?
The label directs that the filter is not washed, vacuumed, brushed, blown out or reused, and the filter is replaced rather than cleaned.
The filter and its frame are one article. The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter label instructs: “Do not cut, fold, trim, bend, puncture or alter the filter or its frame.” and “Do not wash, vacuum, brush, blow out or reuse this filter.” It directs that the used filter and its packaging are disposed of as ordinary household or commercial waste under Federal, State and local requirements.
A reusable holding frame that is part of the equipment comes from the maker of that equipment, and its instructions are that maker's.
