If two websites use identical wording, which one originated it?
The company's own wording is the wording on its own pages, and a copy on another website is that website's.
The Terms of Use state that the Site may quote, summarize, name, or link to research, publications, people, institutions, products, and websites that C-POLAR does not control, and that a citation, quotation, name, logo, link, or third-party test does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or approves C-POLAR.
