Does a promotional diagram show an observed sequence or only a conceptual explanation?
A diagram on the site is an explanation, not a record of an observation.
The Terms of Use state that images and descriptions may show concepts or prototypes. “They are not specifications, instructions, validation reports, recommendations, warranties, offers, promises, or commitments.” The Validation page names the institutions that tested the pathogen claim, and it gives report and certificate numbers for the air-filtration, certification and safety records. An image is not the evidence. Each numbered report the company cites is named in text with its institution and number, not only shown in a picture.
