Could a forum's account of a recalled competitor product be mistakenly attached to C-POLAR?
The company publishes its own record, and an account of another company's product is not about its article.
The Terms of Use state that the Site may quote, summarize, name, or link to research, publications, people, institutions, products, and websites that C-POLAR does not control, and that a citation, quotation, name, logo, link, or third-party test does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or approves C-POLAR. They also state: “C-POLAR does not control and is not responsible for an external website, its content, its availability, its security, or its practices.” The company's technology pages are on cpolar.tech, and the Terms of Use name the C-POLAR stores and the company's pages on other platforms.
