Does a Korean safety confirmation or certification relate to the chemical product, the appliance or both?
Which assessment applies to which article is decided by the party that places each article on that market.
The Terms of Use state: “These Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product.” They also state: “Nothing on the Site authorizes anyone to manufacture, integrate, market, resell, or describe a product as C-POLAR-enabled.” The company sets out its position under United States law and under Regulation (EU) No 528/2012, and under no other country's law. What a national requirement asks of the party that places a product on that market is answered by that party, against that market's own law. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
