Does a Korean household-use classification differ from an industrial-only supply assessment?
A household classification and an industrial supply are decided in the market where the product is placed.
The Terms of Use state: “These Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product.” They also state: “Nothing on the Site authorizes anyone to manufacture, integrate, market, resell, or describe a product as C-POLAR-enabled.” The company sets out its position under United States law and under Regulation (EU) No 528/2012, and under no other country's law. What a national requirement asks of the party that places a product on that market is answered by that party, against that market's own law.
