Can the owner export operating data before a service subscription ends?

An app that runs a partner's appliance is that partner's, and so is its data handling.

The Privacy Policy on this site covers only the public technology-marketing pages that display or link to it. It states that the Site sets no cookies, writes nothing to browser local storage, and that C-POLAR uses no advertising pixels, session replay, heatmaps or profiling of any kind. Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The manufacturer and seller of a finished product are responsible for its design, manufacture, labeling, instructions, claims, sale, and warranty, except for a responsibility C-POLAR expressly accepts in a Separate Agreement.

What a connected unit records, what can be exported from it, and when that record ends are set by the maker of the unit.
