Is moisture included when the treatment amount is reported by mass?
The company does not report the polarity as an amount of anything, by mass or otherwise.
It describes a property and how that property is measured. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest. It is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. A charge is a physical property. It is not a substance or a mixture of substances.
