Can a customer obtain a declaration covering restricted substances in its intended market?

A declaration for a named product and a named market is dealt with in writing, case by case.

What is already published is the third-party certification and testing listed on the Validation page. NanoFlashing™ is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class II, the class for products in direct contact with skin, and complies with UL 900, ULC-S111, DIN 53438 and EU RoHS. Two of the records named there are OEKO-TEX Service GmbH, Certificate 17.0.25812, and Intertek, Report HKGT05289390. Each of those records covers the article and the standard it names.
