Would adding ventilation provide more benefit than upgrading this filter in my building?

The filter and ventilation do different things, and the company's label states that the filter works alongside ventilation and cleaning, not in place of them.

A combination of measures is a matter for the building, and C-POLAR publishes no comparison of combined systems. The filter captures airborne particles mechanically and by electrostatic attraction.
