Can former employees obtain confirmation of their role without endorsing product claims?
A confirmation of a past role is a statement of fact about that role, and it is not a product claim.
The published Terms of Use prohibit stating or implying approval, endorsement, licensing, partnership or verification by C-POLAR where there is none. They add: “Site Content is not a product specification, design file, manufacturing instruction, validation report, certificate, patent license, technology license, or permission to make a product claim.” C-POLAR does not publish employment confirmations.
