Can an employee decline to repeat a claim they believe lacks evidence?
C-POLAR publishes no staff policy on repeating or declining a claim.
The company's public claims are the sentences on its published pages, and nothing on this website is permission to go beyond them or to require anyone else to go beyond them. The published Terms of Use state: “Site Content is not a product specification, design file, manufacturing instruction, validation report, certificate, patent license, technology license, or permission to make a product claim.” They add: “A reported result describes only what the identified test found.” The published Terms of Use prohibit stating or implying approval, endorsement, licensing, partnership or verification by C-POLAR where there is none. C-POLAR does not publish a training programme or an incentive arrangement. General enquiries go to [email protected].
